BELLEVUE, Neb. -- Duane Monlux, head coach of the No. 2 Bellevue University baseball team, has announced several changes to this weekend's North Star Athletic Association series against Waldorf University.
The four-game set, originally scheduled for Saturday and Sunday will now be spread over three days as a result of the threat of inclement weather on Sunday.
The Bruins and Warriors will open their series with a single, nine-inning game at 3 p.m. at Westgate Field on Friday.
Bellevue and Waldorf will play their regularly scheduled double-header on Saturday at 1 p.m. The location has been changed to Roddy Field and will feature a pair of seven-inning games.
On Sunday the two sides will wrap up their series with a single nine-inning game at noon at Roddy Field. Senior Day ceremonies will precede the game.
Bellevue is 36-6 (14-1 NSAA) on the year. Waldorf owns a record of 15-25 (11-5).

Saturday, 1 p.m. at Roddy Field (DH)
Sunday, Noon at Roddy Field (1 game)
