    Maria Pinedo took home the individual title in leading the Bellevue University women’s golf team to a second-place finish at the OUAZ Fall Invitational, played at the 5.840-yard, par-72 Sterling Grove Golf Club.

    Led by Maria Pinedo, the Bruins occupy three of the top 10 spots in the OUAZ Fall Invitational as the Bellevue University women's golf team is tied for first place after the opening two rounds of play at the 54-hole event being played at the 5,840-yard, par-72 Sterling Grove Golf Club. The six-team tournament consisted of 36 holes today, with the final 18 holes to be completed tomorrow.

    For the second time this season and the 10th time in her BU career, senior Maria Pinedo has earned North Star Athletic Association Women's Golfer of the Week honors for her performances in the opening two rounds of the NSAA Championships earlier this week in Carrington, N.D.

    Led by Maria Pinedo and Aaricia Noel-Traissac, the Bellevue University women's golf team extended its first-round lead by six strokes after the second round of play at the North Star Athletic Association Championships being played at the 5,970-yard, par-72 Crossroads Golf Course. The Bruins occupy four of the top five spots on the individual leaderboard.

    Four Bruin golfers shot career bests, and the Bellevue University women's golf team fired a school-record team score of 4-under par 284 as BU grabbed an 18-stroke lead after the opening round of play of the North Star Athletic Association Championships being played at the 5,970-yard, par-72 Crossroads Golf Course.
  • Andersson leads BU to fourth place showing at Hardrocker Invitational

    Freshman Tilde-Li Andersson posted one of the best rounds of the tournament as the Bellevue University women's golf team finished in fourth place at the 10-team Hardrocker Invitational Tuesday afternoon. The two-day, 36-hole tournament was played at the 5,858-yard, par-72 Golf Club at Red Rock.

    The duo of Chloe Blandinieres and Tilde-Li Andersson posted identical scores of 10-over 82 in the first round of the 11-team Hardrocker Invitational, putting the Bellevue University women's golf team in fourth place in the 11-team field. The 36-hole tournament is being played at the 5,858-yard, par-72 Golf Club at Red Rock.

    After her strong performance in the NCAA Division II-dominated Swan Memorial Tournament, senior Maria Pinedo has been named the North Star Athletic Association Women's Golfer of the Week. It marked the first time this season and the ninth time in her BU career that she has won the honor.

    Senior Maria Pinedo shot the Bruins' best score of the second round, guiding the Bellevue University women's golf team into a tie for seventh place at the 12-team Swan Memorial, which was held at the par-72 Broadlands Golf Course and hosted by Colorado Christian University.

    With four top-10 individual finishes, the Bellevue University women's golf team ran away with the team title in the season-opening Mount Marty Women's Invitational. The 36-hole tournament wrapped up today at the 5,819-yard, par-72 Hillcrest Golf and Country Club.
