  • Four Bruins named WGCA All-American Scholars

    Senior Allison Temple, junior Tylah Saifoloi, and freshmen Megan Harty and Maria Pinedo were named Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) All-American Scholars in an announcement made today by the organization. 
  • Six honored with major awards at 48th Annual BU Athletics Banquet

    Eve Fountain (volleyball) and Madison Nelson (cross country/distance track) were named the co-Female Athletes of the Year. Andy Wilkinson (men's socder) and Elijah Johnson (baseball) were the co-Male Athletes of the Year. Tylah Saifoloi (women's golf) and Tibor Stankovic (men's soccer) were honored as the Academic Athletes of the Year.
  • Pinedo finishes in a tie for 31st at Nationals

    Freshman Maria Pinedo moved up four spots into a tie for 31st place after shooting a 2-over 74 Friday afternoon in the final round of the 2022 NAIA Women's Golf National Championship. The 54-hole tournament was played at the par-72, 6,013-yard Lincoln Park Golf Club. 
  • BU finishes in a tie for 19th; Pinedo makes cut

    The Bellevue University women's golf team narrowly missed the cut after two rounds of play at the 2022 NAIA Women's Golf National Championship being played at par-72, 6,013-yard Lincoln Park Golf Club (West Course). Freshman Maria Pinedo, however, will advance to Friday's final round of play after finishing in the top 40 individually. 
  • BU tied for 19th in rain-plagued National Tournament

    Led by senior Allison Temple, the Bellevue University women's golf team is currently in a tie for 19th place in the team standings after the opening day of play at the 2022 NAIA Women's Golf National Championship. The tournament, which was shortened from 72 holes to 54 holes due to excessive rain, is being played at the par-72, 6,013-yard Lincoln Park Golf Club (West Course).  
  • Rain stops play on Day One of NAIA Women's Golf Championship

    The first round of action at the 27th Annual NAIA Women's Golf National Championship was scheduled to begin this morning at the Lincoln Park Golf Club, but inclement weather has forced the suspension of play for all golfers. The format will now switch to a 54-hole tournament.
  • Bruins run away with NSAA Women's Golf title

    The Bellevue University women's golf team occupied five of the top six spots on the individual leaderboard as the Bruins ran away with the team title at the 2022 North Star Athletic Association Championships Tuesday afternoon at Wedgewood Cove Golf Club.

    Bruin golfers occupy the top three spots on the individual leaderboard as the Bellevue University women's golf team sits 18 strokes ahead of second-place Viterbo University atop the team standings after one round of play at the North Star Athletic Association Women's Golf Championship.
  • Saifoloi named NSAA Golfer of the Week

    Junior Tylah Saifoloi was named the North Star Athletic Association's Women's Golfer of the Week for her performance last week in the Susie Maxwell Berning Classic in Oklahoma City. 
  • BU moves up one spot, finishes sixth at SMB Classic

    Paced by the reigning NSAA Golfer of the Week Allison Temple, the Bellevue University women's golf team moved up one spot to finish in sixth place in the 14-team Susie Maxwell Berning Classic being played at the par-72, 6,000-yard Lincoln Park Golf Club (West Course). 
  • Temple honored as NSAA Golfer of the Week

    For the third time this season and the eighth time in her career, senior Allison Temple has been named the North Star Athletic Association's Women's Golfer of the Week for her performance last week in the Concordia Bulldog Invite.

    Led by senior Allison Temple, the Bellevue University women's golf team is currently in second place in the 13-team Concordia Bulldog Invite being played at the 5,842-yard, par-72 Highlands Golf Course.

    Led by freshman Megan Harty, the Bellevue University women's golf team finished in fourth place at the 13-team TPC Deere Run Invitational being played at the 5,840-yard, par-72 TPC at Deere Run.

    Megan Harty and Allison Temple were BU’s top two individuals as the Bruins are tied for fourth after the first round of the TPC Deere Run Invitational.
  • BU moves up one spot to 13th at Paiute Battle

    The Bellevue University women's golf team improved its first-round score by 31 strokes as the Bruins moved up one spot, finishing in 13th place in the 17-team Paiute Battle being played at the 5,859-yard, par-72 Paiute Golf Club.

  • Ibnu to join Bruin Women's Golf program

    Bellevue University head women's golf coach Shelly Liddick is pleased to announce the addition of Ilysia Ibnu (Taiping, Malaysia), who will join the Bruins and begin her academic and athletic careers at BU beginning in the Winter semester. 
  • Women's Golf signs Pinedov for Spring 2022

    Bruin head women's golf coach announced today the signing of Maria Pinedov (Neiva, Columbia/Colegio Columbo Inglés de Huila) to a letter of intent to continue her academic studies and athletic career at Bellevue University. Pinedov will join the Bruins later this year and will be eligible to compete in the spring of 2022. 
  • Liddick signs Noel-Triassic for fall 2022

    Bellevue University head women's golf coach Shelly Liddick announced the first signee for the 2022-23 season today. Aaricia Noel-Triassic, who will be completing her senior year at Saint Charles Lycee, outside Paris, France has signed a letter of intent to continue her academic and athletic careers at Bellevue University beginning in the fall of 2022.
  • Temple collects second-straight NSAA Golfer of the Week honor

    For the second straight week, senior Allison Temple has garnered North Star Athletic Association Women's Golfer of the Week honors for her efforts in the Virginia McCoy Invitational played earlier this week in Kansas City, Mo. at two different golf courses.

    In the final event of the fall season, senior Allison Temple and junior Tylah Saifoloi finished in the top five at the Virginia McCoy Invitational hosted by Park (Mo.) University. Tuesday's final round was played at the Deuce at the National Golf Club.

    Led by senior Allison Temple's seventh-place finish, the Bellevue University women's golf team concluded the Sydney Cox Invitational with three individuals placing in the top 20. The Bruins did not field a team score with just three players competing.

    Junior Tylah Saifoloi and freshman Megan Harty registered BU's top two rounds on the day as the Bellevue University women's golf team competed in the 54-hole Northwest Iowa National Invitational being played at the par-72, 5,924-yard Willow Creek Golf Course. 
  • Temple highlights BU's performance after two rounds at NW Iowa National Invite

    After beginning the day with an even-par 72 in Monday's morning round, Temple shot a 7-over par 79 in the second round and is currently at 7-over for the tournament and tied for 13th place in the 40-player field. Temple's opening round consisted of three birdies, three bogeys, and 12 pars.
