KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Allison Temple is in a three-way tie for second and Tylah Saifoloi joins her in the top ten after first round play at the Virginia McCoy Fall Invitational, hosted by Park University.

Allison Temple was the top Bruin golfer on the day, shooting an 8-over 80, and finding herself in a three-way tie for second in the 32-golfer field. Laetitia Solombrino, of Park, is the tournament leader at 4-over after a first round 76.
Tylah Saifoloi carded a 12-over 84 and is in seventh place overall. Megan Harty is tied for 23rd overall with a 26-over 98.
Columbia is atop the team standings with a cumulative 334 (+46), six strokes ahead of second place Park (340, +52) and 13 ahead of third place Bethany (347, +59).
