Freshman Maria Pinedo moved up four spots into a tie for 31st place after shooting a 2-over 74 Friday afternoon in the final round of the 2022 NAIA Women's Golf National Championship. The 54-hole tournament was played at the par-72, 6,013-yard Lincoln Park Golf Club.

The championship was reduced from 72 to 54 holes after inclement weather made the course unplayable on Tuesday.

Pinedo, who shot a 1-over 37 on both the front and back nine, finished the tournament with a three-round total of 8-over par 224.

Her final round was highlighted by three birdies. She also recorded 10 pars on the day.

Truett McConnell's MinJi Kang won the individual title, finishing the tournament at 12-under par.

British Columbia captured the team title, winning by five strokes over second-place Oklahoma City, after finishing the tournament at 4-under par with rounds of 286, 286, and 288.
