NSAA Women’s Soccer Tournament Semifinal Preview:

JAMESTOWN, N.D. -- The Bellevue University women's soccer team is in Jamestown, N.D. for their first-ever North Star Athletic Association Tournament. The Bruins are the number two seed in the tournament and will take on 3rd-seeded Presentation in a semifinal match on Friday morning at 11 a.m. on the campus of Jamestown High School.

Bellevue (11-3-0/3-1-0 NSAA) comes in hot, winners of five straight and averaging just under five goals per game during that span. The Bruins clinched the number two seed with a 3-1 victory at Waldorf last weekend and ensured that the Warriors would be involved in Thursday's first round match.

Presentation (9-8-1/2-2-0 NSAA) has played well down the stretch including picking up results in each of their past two outings, a home draw against Clarke and a home victory over Jamestown.

The Series:

Bellevue and Presentation have met just once all-time, a 4-0 Bruin victory on Oct. 13 in Aberdeen, S.D.

Last Meeting:

Bellevue got a pair of goals from Michelle Dolder while Karina Alvarez and Jordyn Seidel also scored to pace the Bruins to a 4-0 victory. Bailey Petzoldt made saves on each of the four shots on goal she faced to pick up the win.
