PANORA, Iowa -- Freshman Christina VonRiesen shot a first round score of 80 and is tied for first in the individual standings as the Bellevue University women's golf team sits in second place after the first day of play at the AIB College of Business Invitational at the Lake Panorama Golf Course.
Bellevue's first round team total of 343 is three shots behind tournament leader William Penn University. Tournament host AIB is in third with a team score of 363.
Freshman Ana Laura Gomez is currently tied for third with a first round score of 82.
