BARTLESVILLE, Okla. -- Fourth-ranked Oklahoma Wesleyan University scored in the 96th minute of action to a post a 1-0 overtime win over the Bellevue University men's soccer team on Saturday in Midlands Collegiate Athletic Conference action.
With the win, Oklahoma Wesleyan moved to 11-1-0 overall and 2-0-0 in the MCAC while Bellevue fell to 4-7-0 and 1-1-0 in league action.
The Eagles scored the lone goal of the match 5:10 into overtime on Percia Obradovic's goal on a pass from Lucas Corderio that beat BU goalkeeper Scott Robertson.
Luka Stojanovic stopped both BU shots on goal and earned his eighth win of the season while Robertson notched six saves in the loss.
OWU outshot BU, 13-7. Manuel Lira led the Bruins with three shots.
BU will welcome Central Christian College to Tranquility Park on Saturday, Oct. 19 for a 3:30 p.m. kick-off in MCAC action.
