Men's soccer picked second in MCAC preseason poll

POINT LOOKOUT, Mo. - The Bellevue University men's soccer team has been picked to finish second in the 2013 MCAC Preseason Coaches' Poll released on Wednesday, Aug. 14.

Oklahoma Wesleyan University topped the poll after finishing 2012 with a 19-1-1 overall record including a 6-0-0 conference mark, capturing the MCAC regular season and tournament titles en route to its second-straight NAIA National Tournament appearance and a No. 14 final national ranking.

Bellevue earned the No. 2 position in the preseason coaches' poll after going 10-8-1 (5-1-0 MCAC) in 2012. Central Christian College, which posted an 11-9-1 mark last season (1-4-1 MCAC), is picked third in the preseason MCAC rankings.

Rounding out the rankings are Waldorf College (4th), Central Baptist College (5th) and York College (6th).
