MADISON, S.D. -- For the 25th time in her BU career, senior All-American setter Olivia Galas has been named the North Star Athletic Association Setter of the Week for her performances last week at the College of Idaho Tournament in Caldwell, Idaho. 

Galas led the third-ranked Bruins to a 2-1 record in the tournament, with wins over Montana Western and College of Idaho and a loss to seventh-ranked Corban. 

Galas average 10.0 assists, 2.5 digs and 0.80 kills per set in the three matches, recording double-doubles against Montana Western and College of Idaho. 

In the sweep over UMW, Galas produced 30 assists, 10 digs, two kills, two service aces, and a pair of blocks. She tallied 30 assists, three kills, five digs, and two blocks in the loss to Corban. 

After dropping the opening set to College of Idaho, Galas guided the Bruins to three-consecutive set wins to finish the tournament on a high note with the four-game when over the host Coyotes. Galas finished with 40 assists, 10 digs, three kills, and two service aces in the match.

Bellevue will travel to Columbia, Mo. this Friday, Aug. 26 to compete in the Columbia College Hampton Inn Classic. The Bruins will take on No. 16 Indiana Wesleyan at 10 a.m. and (RV) Evangel at noon.
