Women's Soccer announces first 2024 signee

BELLEVUE, Neb. -- Bellevue University head women's soccer coach Tom White has announced the signing of Giuliana Gagliolo (Omaha, Neb.) to a letter of intent to continue her academic and athletic careers at Bellevue beginning next fall.

The daughter of Maurizio and Ronda Gagliolo, GG attends Millard West High School where she is coached by Jacque Tevis-Butler.

During her high school career so far, Gagliolo has contributed with 12 goals and 17 assists totaling 41 points. Moreover, she helped drive Millard West to become a district champion in 2023.

GG has played her club soccer at Sporting Nebraska under the guidance of Luke Baxter and Neil Hope where she has aided in back-to-back state cup championships in 2021 and 2022.

Coach White on Gagliolo:

"We are very excited that GG will be joining us this fall". Her passion and tenacity for the game is what we feel is a perfect fit for all of us moving forward. It's been a real pleasure getting to know her and her family and we couldn't be more thrilled that she decided to become a Bruin."

Gagliolo is the first announced signee in the Bruins' 2024 recruiting class.

Bellevue wrapped up the 2023 season with an overall record of 12-3-1, claiming the top seed in the Continental Athletic Conference Tournament where they reached the CAC title game for the third-straight season.
