JAMESTOWN, N.D. -- The Bellevue University women's soccer team is in Jamestown, N.D. for their first-ever North Star Athletic Association Tournament. The Bruins are the number two seed in the tournament and will take on top-seeded Viterbo in Sunday's championship match at 11 a.m.
Bellevue (12-3-0/3-1-0 NSAA) comes in hot, winners of six straight while averaging four and a half goals and surrendering just one total goal in that span. The Bruins got a hat trick from Betsy Fischenich and Laurence Rodier pitched a clean sheet in Friday's 3-0 semifinal win over Presentation to reach the final.
Viterbo (11-7-0/4-0-0 NSAA) has been impressive as well, winning nine straight matches, including a 3-0 blanking of Bellevue on Oct. 3. The V-Hawks claimed a 4-0 win over Jamestown in Friday's semifinal to reach the championship game.

Bellevue and Viterbo have met just once all-time, a 3-0 Viterbo victory on Oct. 3 at Bellevue Soccer Club.
