MADISON, S.D. -- Bellevue University sophomore Faustina Peve has been named the North Star Athletic Association Women's Golfer of the Week for the fifth time this season, as announced by the NSAA office on Wednesday.
Peve totaled 161 over two rounds at the highly competitive Dalton State Invitational this week. She shaved a stroke off her first round 81 with a second round score of 80. Her score was good enough for a 25th place finish in the tournament which featured eight ranked teams, including three of the top five in the nation.
Bellevue has concluded the fall portion of their schedule while an announcement their spring schedule will be forthcoming.
