Bruin women's golf coach Shelly Liddick announced today the signing of Shelby Schneider to a letter of intent to continue her academic and athletic careers at Bellevue University beginning in the fall of 2017.
Schneider joins earlier signees Allison Temple (Norfolk, Neb./Norfolk HS) and Kim Moore (Scottsbluff, Neb./Metropolitan State/Scottsbluff HS) in the 2017-18 recruiting class.
A native of Bennington, Neb., Schneider will graduate from Omaha Burke High School this spring before joining the Bruins in the fall.
Highlights:
- Two-time all-conference
- 8th Place finish at Class A-3 Distrticts
- Two-time Class A state tournament qualifier
- Top player in Nebraska Class A girls golf
- 8 top ten finishes
- 3 runner-up finishes

The 2016-17 Bruins will next be in action at the UNK Invite in Kearney, Neb. on March 25-26.
