BELLEVUE, Neb. -- Bellevue University women's golf coach Shelly Liddick announced today the signing of Faustina Peve to a letter of intent to continue her academic and athletic careers at Bellevue University beginning in the fall of 2016.
Peve, a native of Buenos Aires, Argentina, has distinguished herself as a top recruit during a phenomenal amateur career. Her list of accomplishments and accolades include:
- Ranked #16 Junior in Argentina
- Ranked #5 Junior in Sierra Region Golf Federation
- Argentina Regional Open – Runner-Up Champion
- Argentina National Cup – Qualifier
- National Tournament of the Year at Junin Golf Club – Champion
- Optimist International Junior Championship – two-time qualifier
- National Inter-Regional Championships – Champion
- Chile International Championships – Champion
- Callaway Junior World Championships – Qualifier
- Doral-Publix Junior International – Qualifier
- Best tournament single round score – 66

The 2015-16 Bruins will next be in action when they host the Bellevue Fall Invite at the Platteview Golf Club in Bellevue, Neb. on Monday and Tuesday.
