After a standout two-year career with the Bruins, Kathryn Wardian returns for her second season on the Bellevue University coaching staff as a team manager.
In only two seasons, Wardian finished her Bellevue career ranked third in school history with 28 home runs. She earned first team all-MCAC and NFCA all-region honors during the 2011 season while also being named the MCAC Newcomer of the Year. She also led the conference with a .792 slugging percentage and was tied for the lead in home runs with 15.
Wardian earned second team all-MCAC honors in 2012, finishing with 13 home runs, 36 RBIS, three doubles and two triples. She earned MCAC Player of the Week honors twice during her BU career.
Wardian is currently finishing work on her bachelor’s degree in business/marketing at Bellevue.
