Kindelin named MCAC Player of the Week

POINT LOOKOUT, Mo. -- Bellevue University freshman Shelby Kindelin has been named this week's Midlands Collegiate Athletic Conference's Player of the Week, announced by the league office today.

Kindelin batted .583 (7-for-12) with three runs scored, two doubles and one RBI while leading the Bruins to three wins. She also notched the complete-game win against Concordia (Neb.) University on April 3, recording five strikeouts.

The Bruins are currently 25-13 on the season and will play host to Hastings College on Tuesday (April 10) for a 4:00 p.m. doubleheader at Hall of Fame Fields.
