Wardian and Mohler helped the Bruins sweep two non-conference road doubleheaders last week over Northwestern (Iowa) College and Grand View University.
Wardian hit .462 on the week with three home runs and a triple. Her slugging percentage was 1.308 in the four wins. In Bellevue's 15-3 victory over Northwestern, Wardian went 2-for-3 with two home runs and five RBIs. She is currently riding a five-game hitting streak.
Mohler, who also earned MCAC pitcher of the week honors on March 12, posted a 2-0 record on the week, while also recording her first career save.
In the Bruins' 5-0 shutout at Grand View, Mohler tossed a two-hitter with nine strikeouts and one walk. On the week, she fanned 15 batters in 13 innings of work.
The Bruins (17-10), who have won six-straight games, will travel to Fremont, Neb. on Wednesday, March 28, for a 4:30 p.m. non-conference doubleheader at Midland University.
