BU 2, Waldorf 0

Bellevue controlled the majority of the possession in the opening half resulting in a 5-0 advantage in shots.

Oumar Sissoko put a pair of shots on frame and Antonio Capra another but quality scoring chances remained elusive and the game proceeded to halftime scoreless.

The Bruins broke through early in the second half via a free kick. Jake Cover sent a ball into the box that Sissoko ran onto and headed into the back of the goal for a 1-0 BU lead in the 51st minute.

Alvaro Moros Sanz doubled the Bellevue advantage in the 76th minute, scoring on a counter-attacking play. Matias Daniel-Doren played a ball in from the wing that Moros Sanz guided with his head into the goal.

Romeo Paparesta was not troubled in goal as he earned his fourth shutout without needing to make a save.

The final stat sheet skewed heavily towards Bellevue, as BU out-shot Waldorf 13-1 (7-0 on goal) and took six corners in the match to the Warriors' zero.

The game was also significant for Bellevue as it marked the first time since Aug. 24 that the Bruins scored multiple goals in a game.
