BELLEVUE, Neb. -- Bellevue University head men's soccer coach Mark Heath-Preston announced the signing of four student-athletes to Letters of Intent to continue their academic and athletic careers at Bellevue beginning next fall.

Midfielder Zach Robbins (Omaha, Neb/Nebraska-Omaha) along with defenders Gabriel Gaiotto (Piracicaba, Brazil/Midland) and Tibor Stankovic (Osijek, Croatia/Illinois Central College) have each opted to transfer to BU.

Zach Robbins (Omaha, Neb.)

Prior to arriving at Midland, Gaiotto played one season at Lassen Community College in Susanville, Calif. and helped guide them to a conference title in 2017. He arrives at Bellevue with one year of eligibility remaining.

Tibor Stankovic (Osijek, Croatia)

Stankovic, a defender, played the last two seasons at Illinois Central College in East Peoria, Ill. The third place finish nationally, was the best in school history.

Back in Croatia, Stankovic played club NK Osijek from 2012-17. He helped his side to a fifth place finish in the National Youth League. He will have two years of eligibility remaining at Bellevue.

The trio join Alvaro Capra (Santiago, Chile/Iowa Lakes CC), Mario Ivanov (Sofia, Bulgaria/Southeastern CC), Oumar Sissoko (Bamako, Mali/Western Nebraska CC), and Ruben Bande (London, England/Cox Green) in the Bruins' 2020 recruiting class.

This past season Bellevue posted an 8-10-2 overall record and reached the A.I.I. Championship Match for the second-straight season. Among the season highlights were the Bruins' 2-1 win over National Champion Central Methodist and a 1-1 draw with National Runner-Up Hastings.
