
BELLEVUE, Neb. -- The Bellevue University men's soccer team, under Mark Heath-Preston, announced today the signing of Alejandro Reynolds (Marshalltown, Iowa) to a National Letter of Intent to continue his academic and athletic career at Bellevue beginning in the fall of 2019.
Reynolds is the son of Carroll Reynolds and Felicia Perez. He joins the Bruins from Iowa Central Community College playing two seasons for the Tritons and coach Pablo Rodriguez. Prior to ICCC, Reynolds attended Marshalltown Senior High School where he played soccer for coach Chris Fuchsen.

"We are excited to add Alejandro to our team for next season as he adds quality and depth. He's coming in after having played two years in JuCo and will be ready to come in and compete for a spot."
Roesler joins earlier signees Eli Brown (Lincoln, Neb.), Jan Scheiwiler (Diessenhofen, Switzerland), Brandon Hardy (Huddersfield, England), Frederick Umani Ronchi (Segrate, Milan, Italy), Ramy Katit (Frankfurt, Germany), Andy Janssen (Lincoln, England), and Joel Roesler (Mainz-Kastel, Germany) in the Bruins' 2019 recruiting class.
BU completed the first unbeaten regular season in school history in 2018 en route to a final record of 18-2-2. The Bruins reached the A.I.I. Championship Game, hosted an NAIA National Tournament Opening Round match for the first time, and advanced to the NAIA National Tournament Round of 16.
