BISMARCK, N.D. -- The Bellevue University men's golf team has once again been picked to win the North Star Athletic Association title, as announced by the league office on Wednesday.
The Bruins are looking to capture their fifth consecutive league title and seventh in eight seasons.
Bellevue won the 2023 NSAA Tournament title by 45 strokes before going on to a sixth place finish in the NAIA Men's Golf National Tournament. BU collected five first place votes and 35 points with Dickinson State taking 29 points in the annual poll. Waldorf secured the final first place vote and registered 26 points. Viterbo (18 points), Valley City (12), and Mayville State (6) rounded out the six-team poll.
The 2024 NSAA Men's Golf Tournament is being voted by Viterbo University on Apr. 29-30 in La Crosse, Wis. The winner of the tournament receives the NSAA's automatic bid to the NAIA National Tournament to be played at the Dalton Golf and Country Club from May 21-24.
