LAKE MILLS, Iowa -- The Bellevue University men's golf team won its third-straight tournament after capturing the Waldorf Challenge on Monday, winning by five strokes over second-place North Central University. The tournament was played at the 6,201-yard, par-71 Rice Lake Golf Club.
The Bruins, led by Alex Zillig and Rodrigo Navarrete, shot a team score of 1-over par 285.
Zillig and Navarrete were the top two BU golfers, as both finished in a tie for second place at 1-under par.
North Central's Jacob Sweeney won the tournament after shooting a 5-under 66.
Baptiste Bonnet tied for fifth place at 1-over par.
Floris-Jan Oosterhof, who won Sunday's Waldorf Invite, finished in a tie for seventh place at 2-over par.

The Bruins will next compete on Oct. 4-5 when they travel to Lemont, Ill. to compete in the Flyer Intercollegiate at the Cog and Hill Golf and Country Club.
