Fernando Arzate is tied for first after two rounds of the NSAA Tournament

Junior Fernando Arzate earned North Star Athletic Association co-Golfer of the Week honors after his performance at the NSAA Fall Tournament in Albert Lea, Minn.
Arzate tied for first in the tournament, helping guide the Bruins to a 17-stroke lead after the fall portion of the conference tournament.
Arzate shot 76 in the first round and 73 in the second round for a 5-over total of 148. He tied for first place with Valley City State's Kyle Wiebe, who was the other recipient of this week's award.
The Bruins will compete in the Nebraska Intercollegiate Championships in Norfolk, Neb. on Friday-Saturday, Oct. 7-8.
