Jose Vega finished the tournament in 13th place at 2-over

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. -- Senior Jose Vega shot 3-over on the day to finish in a tie for 13th place at the 2015 NAIA Men's Golf National Championships played at the LPGA International Hills Golf Course.
Vega carded a 1-over 37 on the front nine before closing out the back nine with a score of 38, good for 2-over. In four rounds of action, Vega shot 290 for a 72-hole score of 2-over par.
The 13th place finish comes on the heels of Vega being named to the NAIA PING All Region Team earlier in the day. Vega was one of 15 golfers named to the annual All-Central Region Team.
Coastal Georgia claimed the National Championship by recording an 11-stroke victory over second place William Woods with a team score of 1145 over four rounds.
