OKLAHOMA CITY -- The Bellevue University men's golf team finished in fourth place at the Southwestern Christian Invitational at Lake Hefner Golf Course on Wednesday.
Oklahoma Baptist won the team title with a two-day total of 546 (-22).
Tomas Ovejero led BU with a fifth place finish after recording a four-under-par score of 138.
Jose Vega tied for sixth overall after an even-par round of 72.
Other Bruin golfers included Nicolas Herrera (71-71--142), Mike Hannon (71-76--147) and Diego Gudino (71-78--149).
BU will return to action on Friday, Sept. 13 when they play in the Midland Invite.
