Alder leads BU to a 5th place finish at SECC Invite

BEATRICE, Neb. -- Tanner Alder shot a one-under par 71 on Tuesday, pacing the Bellevue University men's golf team to a fifth place finish at the Southeast Community College Spring Invitational at the Beatrice Country Club. 

The Bruins finished with a two-day team total of 649. NCAA Division II's Nebraska-Kearney won the event with a total of 618. 

Alder's two-day total of 154 (83-71), put him in a tie for third place in the individual standings.
