MADISON, S.D. -- For the second-straight week a Bellevue University pitcher has earned North Star Athletic Association Pitcher of the Week Honors. Senior right-hander Reid Feeley (Tehachapi, Calif.) was named this week's Pitcher of the Week it was announced by the league office on Monday.

In his only appearance this week Feeley tossed a four-hit shutout to pitch the Bruins past York College in game one of the series between the two longtime rivals. It was the second-straight complete game shutout for Feeley. In the contest he struck out eight batters and didn't issue a walk.

For the season Feeley now stands at 2-1 with a 3.52 ERA in seven appearances, three starts. Over 23 innings he's racked up 23 punch outs and conceded just seven free passes (3.14 strikeout-to-walk ratio).

The Bruins are 7-5 over their last 12 ballgames and now stand at 10-13 on the season. BU travels to Doane on Wednesday for a 4 p.m. non-conference tilt before opening up conference play with a four-game set against Jamestown this weekend.
