Calderon named MCAC Pitcher of the Week

Michael Calderon was named the MCAC Pitcher of the Week for the week ending March11. Calderon allowed just four hits and one run while striking out six in seven complete innings in the Bruins' 13-1 win over Purdue University-North Central on March 8 in Lake Wales, Fla. 

The Bruins are currently 10-10 on the season and will open the home portion of their schedule with a 1 p.m. doubleheader on Friday, March16 at Westgate Field in Omaha.
