MADISON, S.D. -- For the fourth time this season, freshman Olivia Galas has been named the North Star Athletic Association's Setter of the Week for her performances in the Bruins' three matches last week.
Galas recorded a pair of double-doubles on the week while averaging 10.15 assists, 3.08 digs and 1.00 kills per game. She tallied 54 assists, eight digs, four kills, and three blocks in BU's five-set loss to Dakota State. In BU's four-set win over Our Lady of the Lake, Galas collected a career-high 21 digs and added 39 assists, six kills and a pair of blocks.
Galas currently leads the NSAA with 11.0 assists per set, which ranks sixth nationally.
The Bruins travel to Crete, Neb. on Tuesday, Oct. 16 for a 7 p.m. non-conference match at Doane University.
