For the eighth time in her career, junior Beth Walker has been named the MCAC Setter of the Week for her performances in the Bruins' five matches last week.
Walker averaged 10.6 assists per game in leading Bellevue to a 2-3 record on the week. She recorded a pair of double-doubles and leads BU with five double-doubles on the season.
She recorded at least 30 assists in the Bruins' four matches at the Viterbo University Tournament. Walker recorded a match-high 42 assists and 14 digs in BU's four-game loss to Ashford.
Walker currently leads the Bruins with 412 assists and is second with 118 digs while guiding BU to a .147 attack percentage on the season.
The Bruins will host Mayville State on Thursday, Sept. 11 at 7 p.m. in the Gordon Lozier Athletic Center.
