POINT LOOKOUT, Mo. -- Jordan Broady and Caitlyn Rueth have been named the Midlands Collegiate Athletic Conference's Setter and Hitter of the Week announced today.
Broady, who has been named the Setter of the Week for the third-straight time and fourth time overall this year, recorded 18 assists, seven digs, two kills and one service ace, in two sets, in BU's sweep against York College (Sept. 25).
The three-time all-MCAC selection currently has 889 assists, 170 digs, 129 kills and 17 service aces this year.
For the first time in her career, Rueth was named the Hitter of the Week after she pounded 10 kills on .474 hitting against the Panthers last week. She also added five digs and one block assist. She currently paces the team with 240 kills.
The Bruins will host College of St. Mary tomorrow (Oct. 2), at 7:00 p.m. at the Gordon Lozier Athletic Center.
