NEW ORLEANS, La. -- The Bellevue University men's and women's distance track teams were each recognized by the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) as All-Academic Teams.
The Bruin women were ranked fifth out of 54 teams recognized with a 3.725 team GPA.
The BU men were sixth out of 50 teams honored with a 3.462 team GPA.
In order to qualify as an All-Academic team, the teams must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, including the most recent grading period.
