LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. -- Bellevue University sophomore Emma Madej (Omaha, Neb.) has been named the Continental Athletic Conference's Women's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week for the second time this season, as announced by the CAC office on Monday.
Madej continued her strong sophomore campaign scoring her team-leading ninth goal of the year in a 2-1 win at Missouri Baptist last week. She is tied for the team lead with 20 points.
The win improved the Bruins overall record to 7-2-1 this season.
Bellevue hits the road tomorrow for a non-conference tilt with Southwestern Christian University at 1 p.m. in Bethany, Okla.
