BELLEVUE, Neb. -- Marilia Lages scored twice while Sinai Bernal had a goal and two assists to lead the Bellevue University women's soccer team to their seventh-straight victory, a 4-2 win over College of St. Mary, on Saturday afternoon.

With the victory, Bellevue improves to 11-2-0 on the year while CSM falls to 3-8-2 with the loss.

The Bruins received a pair of first-half goals from Bruna Cola Bielski and Marilia Lages to take a 2-0 lead.

CSM pulled one back when Abbey Wilson scored before the half as the Bruins led 2-1 at the intermission.

Sinai Bernal, who assisted on Bielski's goal, scored off a pass from the Brazilian to restore BU's two-goal advantage.

Bernal registered another assist, this time feeding Lages for her second to provide the Bruins some insurance by way of a 4-1 advantage.

The Flames added a late consolation goal when Reagan Boex scored off a pass from Wilson.

Sabrina Staufenbiel, the reigning A.I.I. Player of the Week, made six saves in the win.

Coach Tom White:

"It's always a tough game when we play CSM. They work hard and gave it a real go today. I felt we should of buried the game early and we let them creep back into it and made it hard for ourselves"
