PAPILLION, Neb. -- Bruna Cola Bielski scored twice and added an assist while Marilia Lages scored and assisted twice to lead the Bellevue University women's soccer team to a 5-0 victory over Doane University on Saturday afternoon at Papillion Landing.

Doane had the first quality chance of the game but Lexi Torok's 13th minute effort 1-v-1 with Sabrina Staufenbiel was turned away by the BU keeper as the game stayed scoreless.
Marilia Lages opened the scoring with a 22nd minute tally. After taking a pass from Bruna Cola Bielski, Lages worked around a defender and found the back of the net for a 1-0 Bruin advantage.
Bielski found the back of the net on her own in the 33rd minute slamming home a pass from Lays Freitas from the center of the box as BU led 2-0 at halftime.
Just under 90 seconds into the second half Bielski put home a goal for her second strike. Lages fed her a pass up the near sideline that she curled into the far side upper 90 from outside the 18 for a 3-0 Bellevue lead.
The Bruins maintained that lead until the 61st minute. Sinai Bernal took a pass in the box from Lages and curled a shot into the goal.
Kaycee Driever added the exclamation mark in the 80th minute. Britney Nolte sent a pass into the middle of the box that Driever tapped home to cap the scoring.
Bellevue out-shot Doane 14-4 and recorded all six of the game's corner kicks.
Sabrina Staufenbiel did all that was asked of her, making three saves, to earn the shutout.
Danielle Dubovy made five saves in the loss for the Tigers.

"We are happy with the result and overall performance. It was good to see what we've been working on in practice convert into tonight. There were a lot of standout performances but it wouldn't have been possible without the whole team pushing each other from the start."

Bruna Cola Bielski -- Showed a lot of quality, worked hard throughout, and scored a fantastic goal. Millie Hopkisson also impressed, showing how well she performed in the four moments of the game.

Bellevue plays their next three games on the road, beginning with Wednesday's tilt at Concordia. Kick-off is set for 5:30 p.m. from Bulldog Stadium in Seward, Neb.
