ABERDEEN, S.D. -- Senior Michelle Dolder scored bookend goals to lead the Bellevue University women's soccer team to a 4-0 victory at Presentation College on Tuesday afternoon in a North Star Athletic Association contest.

Bellevue scored a trio of first half goals to take a commanding 3-0 lead into the intermission. Senior Michelle Dolder put the Bruins on the board in the 6th minute with her ninth goal of the season.

Freshman Jordyn Seidel added to the BU lead in the 32nd minute with her second goal of the campaign. Just 20 seconds later, junior Karina Alvarez accounted for the final goal of the opening 45 minutes, her third of the year. Alvarez and freshman Helen Schweiger recorded first half assists for the Bruins.

The Bruins added a fourth goal in the 59th minute when Dolder found the back of the net for the second time in the match. In doing so, she became the first Bruin to reach the 10-goal plateau this season.

Sophomore Bailey Petzoldt got the start in net and stopped all four of the shots she faced to improve her record to 4-2-1 on the year.

Bellevue held a sizable advantage in shots, out-shooting the host side 30-5. The Bruins' put 18 of their strikes on frame, compared to four for the Saints. Bellevue gained six corners in the match while Presentation finished the day with none.

For Bellevue, they improve to 9-1-0 in their last 10 matches, posting shutouts in eight of their nine victories. BU has out-scored their opposition by a margin of 30-6 during that span.

The Bruins (9-3-0/2-1-0 NSAA) are off until Tuesday, Oct. 20 when they Host Grace University at Bellevue Soccer Club. The Bruins will honor their four seniors prior to the match. Kickoff is set for 4 p.m.
