Estrada earns MCAC Offensive Player of the Week

POINT LOOKOUT, Mo. -- Bellevue University freshman forward Yaritza Estrada (Omaha, Neb.) has been named the Midlands Collegiate Athletic Conference's women's soccer Offensive Player of the Week for the week ending on Oct. 9.

Estrada scored three goals last week in helping the Bruins to conference wins over College of Saint Mary (6-3) and Southwestern Christian University (2-0).

The Bruins are 9-1-1 overall this season and 2-0 in conference play. Bellevue will travel to Sioux Falls, S.D. this Wednesday, October 12, where they will battle the University of Sioux Falls. Kick-off is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. at USF Sanford Health Sports Complex.
