BISMARCK, N.D. -- Junior Ilysia Ibnu has been named the North Star Athletic Association's Women's Golfer of the Week for her performance last week at The Trailblazer in Las Vegas, Nev.
Ibnu was the Bruins' top golfer in the tournament, finishing in 24th place in the 56-player field with rounds of 88 and 81 on the tournament's two courses, the Paiute Golf Course (Par: 72 Yardage: 5897) and the TPC Summerlin (Par: 72 Yardage: 5959).
Ibnu helped Bellevue to an eighth-place finish in the 10-team field, which featured three ranked teams.
Ibnu recorded two birdies and 14 pars in the tournament.
The Bruins return to action on March 11-12, when they travel to Lubbock, Texas, to compete in The Top of Texas Invitational.
