
FULTON, Mo. -- Led by Christina VonRiesen, the Bellevue University women's golf team finished in second place at the 13-team William Woods Invitational played at the Tanglewood Golf Course.
The Bruins shot a two-day team score of 637, 25 shots behind tournament champion and host William Woods University (312-300-612).
VonRiesen finished in third place with a 36-hole total of 154 (76-78).
The Bruins will host a triangular on Wednesday (April 3) with Iowa Western Community College and Minot State University. The event will start at 1:45 p.m. at Eagle Hills Golf Course.
