BISMARCK, N.D. -- Senior guard Gabby Moore (Webster Groves, Mo.) was named the North Star Athletic Association Offensive Player of the Week after her impressive performance in the Bruins' 80-60 victory over Midland University on Sunday night in the Four Points by Sheraton Bruin Classic.
Moore led the Bruins with 24 points, seven assists, and a pair of steals in the 20-point victory while helping the Bruins extend their winning streak to five games. She was 9-of-12 from the field and 4-of-6 from beyond the arc.
Moore has now recorded five games with 20 or more points this season, and the 24 points tied for a season-high.
She currently leads the Bruins and ranks third in the conference with 17.9 points per game.
The Bruins will conclude the tournament tonight with a 5 p.m. matchup against Doane University in the Gordon Lozier Athletic Center.
