Katie Malloy begins her second season with the Bruin coaching staff after a standout career with BU from 2011-14. Malloy will serve as the team's manager.
Malloy was a four-time second team all-MCAC selection, splitting time at first base and as the team's designated player.
She started 206 games during her career, finishing fourth in school history with 27 home runs and third with 45 doubles and 137 RBIs. She batted .334 over her career, scoring 102 total runs.
Malloy is currently finishing her bachelor's degree at Bellevue University in health science with a minor in biology.
