Due to rain in the forecast late Saturday, Bellevue University's North Star Athletic Association softball doubleheader with Dakota State University has been moved up to a noon start time, with the second game scheduled for 2 p.m. The twin bill was originally scheduled to start at 2 p.m. with the second game slated for 4 p.m.
The Bruins currently lead the NSAA standings with an 18-2 conference mark. Bellevue is 29-17 overall. BU needs one win in the four-game series with the Trojans to clinch their third-straight NSAA regular-season title.
