BISMARCK, N.D. -- For the second time this season and the eighth time in his Bruin career, Richard Marcoux has earned North Star Athletic Association Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week honors for his performance at last week's Dordt Holiday Inn Express Classic.
Marcoux finished eighth overall in a field of 182 runners at Dordt's Cross Country Course, leading the Bruins to a fourth-place finish. He established a new 8K school record of 25:17.2, eclipsing his previous record by eleven seconds.
The Bruins return to competition in 11 days at the Blazing Tiger Invite on October 26 at Mahoney State Park in Ashland, Neb.
