
BISMARCK, N.D. -- Bellevue University senior Richard Marcoux (Omaha, Neb.) has again been lauded by the North Star Athletic Association as the NSAA's runner of the week, as announced by the league office on Tuesday.
Marcoux collects the award for the second-straight week in which the Bruins competed. The award is the fifth of Marcoux's BU career after previously being recognized on Sept. 5 and thrice last season (Sept. 20, Oct. 3, Oct. 18).
At the Greeno/Dirksen Invitational, Marcoux ran school record time of 25:31.8 to place 59th overall, and eighth among NAIA competitors, at the prestigious event.
Bellevue next competes at the Wayne State Wildcat Classic on Friday, Sept. 22 at 4:45 p.m.
