LAMONI, Iowa -- Chris Casart ran a season-best race to lead four Bruins at the Yellow Jacket Invitational, hosted by Graceland University.
Recap:
The Bruins were unable to field a complete team and had just four runners compete. Chris Casart set the pace with a third place finish with a season-best time of 27:21.70.
Cole Wagner (28:54.20) and Gerardo Najera (29:07.60) both snagged top 10 finishes as they placed seventh and ninth, respectively, in the 20-runner field.
Aaron Newton clocked in a time of 30:35.60 to place 14th.
