
BELLEVUE, Neb. -- Bellevue University baseball coach Duane Monlux has announced a schedule change for this weekend's North Star Athletic Association series against Dickinson State.
The coaching staffs from BU and DSU have agreed to move Saturday's twin-bill to a 10:30 a.m. start on Monday, Apr. 7 and the games will now be played at John Stella Field at Brown Park.
Sunday's double-header remains on as scheduled with a noon first pitch from Brown Park.
Bellevue (19-11/4-0 NSAA) has won seven-straight and are 17-5 in their last 22 ballgames. The Bruins opened NSAA play last weekend with a four-game sweep of Valley City State with centerfielder Jake Lacey collecting North Star Player of the Week honors for his play.
Dickinson State (11-18/3-1 NSAA) took three of four from Mayville State last weekend and have won six of eight overall after a 5-16 start to the season.
