BELLEVUE, Neb. -- The 11th-ranked Bellevue University volleyball team hit a season-high .398 en route to a convincing 3-0 (25-19, 25-18, 25-12) sweep over visiting Presentation College Saturday afternoon in North Star Athletic Association action at the Gordon Lozier Athletic Center. 

The Bruins, who are riding a five-match winning streak, recorded their fourth-straight sweep with the 3-0 victory. BU improved to 21-5 on the season and 10-2 in the NSAA. Presentation fell to 13-13 overall and 3-9 in league play. 

Junior outside hitter Sierra Athen led the Bruins with 13 kills on 25 errorless swings while adding five digs and a block. 

Junior rightside hitter Peyton Schendt came off the bench to record eight kills on .500 hitting while adding three blocks. 

Freshman outside hitter Eve Fountain hit .353 with seven kills. She also added a match-high 17 digs and registered three blocks. 

Freshman Haley Fleischman hit .375 in the victory and totaled a match-high four blocks. 

Junior setter Olivia Galas notched her ninth double-double of the season, finishing with 37 assists and 10 digs. She also produced five kills and a pair of service aces. 

BU out-blocked the Saints, 8-4, and held a 50-46 advantage in total digs, while limiting PC to a .154 attacking clip. 

Becca Payne paced Presentation with 10 kills, three digs, and a pair of blocks. Saige Jones added eight kills on .333 hitting while chipping in with two digs.  

The Bruins will travel to LaCrosse, Wis. next Friday, Nov. 5, for a 6 p.m. North Star Athletic Association contest at No. 2-ranked Viterbo University. Viterbo currently leads the NSAA standings with an unblemished 12-0 conference mark. The V-Hawks are 33-1 overall and own a 26-match winning streak.
