OMAHA, Neb. -- Six players recorded at least five kills as the 18th-ranked Bellevue University volleyball team posted its 22nd sweep of the year Friday night with a 25-9, 25-13, 25-13 win at College of St. Mary in Midlands Collegiate Athletic Conference action at the Lied Fitness Center.

With the win, Bellevue improved to 31-8 and 11-0 in the MCAC while College of St. Mary fell to 17-18 overall and 7-5 in conference action.

Caitlyn Rueth led the offensive attack with 14 kills and four digs on .619 hitting while Symone Faulkner added eight kills and four blocks.

Beth Walker recorded 38 assists, eight digs, two kills and a pair of blocks.

Annie Benson and Meghan Evans anchored the defense with 12 digs apiece. Evans also chipped in four assists and a service ace and Benson notched five kills, two set assists and a block.

BU hit .402 with four service aces and five blocks. The Bruins trailed just twice in the contest.

CSM was led by Mallory Babic's five kills and four digs while Baylee Collins recorded a match-high 22 digs.

The Bruins will wrap-up the regular season tomorrow (Nov. 9) with a conference match against Waldorf College (23-22, 8-3 MCAC). First serve is slated for 2:00 p.m. at the Gordon Lozier Athletic Center.
