POINT LOOKOUT, Mo. -- For the 23rd time in her career, Jordan Broady was named the Midlands Collegiate Athletic Conference's Setter of the Week announced by the league office today.
Broady registered her team-leading eighth double-double of the season with 50 assists and 10 kills in the Bruins' 3-1 win against Evangel University on Sept. 22. She hit .600 in the match and added eight digs and five blocks while directing the BU offense to a .238 hitting percentage.
For the week, she averaged 12.3 assists, 2.3 kills and 1.8 digs per set. She hit .509 while adding 11 blocks and seven service aces.
The three-time first team all-conference selection was also named the MCAC Setter of the Week on Sept. 3 and Sept. 17.
Bellevue returns to conference action tomorrow (Sept. 25), when it hosts York College beginning at 7 p.m. at the Gordon Lozier Athletic Center.
